Developing an effective booking flow required continuous user testing to identify pain points. Early feedback revealed users mistook grey primary buttons for disabled states and struggled to identify their current page location. These issues were resolved by implementing filled icons for active navigation and higher-contrast button colours. The design employs a minimal grey palette with bright yellow accents, platform-specific typography, and curved iconography that creates an approachable interface while reducing cognitive load.
